A Journey Through Advent, Christmas and Epiphany

In 2021 I created a series of abstract paintings to journey through the Sundays of Advent, Christmas and Epiphany. Each week I painted 3 of my abstract planet paintings inspired by the gospel readings given by the Church of England Lectionary. By their very nature abstract paintings are created as a way of expressing my own thoughts and prayers; my hope is that they will allow you to find your own meaning within them or inspire your thoughts and prayers through Advent and Christmas.

This year, in 2024, the 3 year cycle means we are using these same readings again; and so I'm sharing the paintings and their associated haiku in one place. You are welcome to use these with your church or community but please attribute them to me and share the link here so people can find out more about me and my creativity.
